What we ask of every venture
Four tests before we commit
- A real operating edge. The venture does something measurably better than the alternative.
- A team we can work beside. Founders and operators who welcome partners inside the business.
- Repeatable procedures. Written standard operating procedures (SOPs) that a new site or team can follow.
- A clear use for capital. We can say what each ringgit funds and what it should change.
